I suffer from anxiety attacks and panic I was a kid, but it is something you have to live forever! It is a great way to therapy there called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and is very effective in the treatment of anxiety disorders of all kinds. During CBT therapist will help you examine your thoughts aa (the cognitive) and their influence on their actions (the behavior) and how it contributes to anxiety. You will learn techniques to reduce anxiety and deep breathing, visualization, so while it also contributes to restructure their thought disorders that are causing / worsening anxiety, which helps break the cycle the thought of anxiety. CBT works for all types of anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, social phobia, obsessive-compulsive phobias and panic disorder.
