I’ve tried a lot of different cigarettes and found they are very different from each other. I also found that I like salems the best, not only because of the menthol, but because I can quit them without any withdrawal symptoms. If I smoke a newport i feel burnt out. If I smoke marlboros, i get a huge raging headache when i quit. Lots of other brands are weak and tasteless or also give me a quitting headache.

To quit smoking is one of the most challenging things which a person can ever do in his or her life. Normally the symptoms will be prevailing for as long as 2 months to 6 months and the person will retain his or normality after this period. There will also some kind of mental symptoms that will be arising such as feeling of being infant since there will be increased sense of dependency that will be developed during this process. Hypothetically I have a patient who has been on ADD medication for a long portion of his life, drinks caffeinated drinks 2 or 3 times daily, and has taken up smoking.
