While growth can trick someone pregnant smoking for life?

In other words, does someone stay small all their lives because their mother smoked while she was pregnant?

I do not think that smoking while pregany stunts growth of children! I smoked while pregnant with my son (I know not a smart choice), but my son born the first 2 weeks (due only to problems with the placenta) was 6 lbs 10.7 oz and 18 1 / 2 inches long! He also had perfect 10 on both 1 and 5 min. Apgar scores and is now 2 1 / 2 and still heathly as possible! We weighed 40 pounds and over 3 feet high! And also is very healthy! He almost never get sick last winter only had the stomach flu once and never had an ear infection!
