I quit smoking cold turkey on 02/10/2010 Feel great! But I noticed that I am angry all the time.?
I don’t yell at anyone, but I can feel the hostility and stress. I wasn’t like this when I smoked. Whats up.
the last time i quit i did use another form of nicotine which is why i started again lol thats why i just stopped this time. withdrawal symptoms i can deal with. thanks for all the support.
Smoking is used as a stress reliever, remove that and you will go into withdraw. You will become more stressed. angry, hostile, and insecure. Don’t EVER go cold turkey, buy a pack of nicotine patches, it will help you go through this withdraw process no problem.
