Did you hear about the guy who was rescued from an alligator?
He had passed out from smoking crack while naked, by a lake, and was attacked by an alligator. I found it slightly disturbing that this was on the front page of my newspaper this morning, and that this guy got so much attention, and that a number of people risked their lives to save this dork. What do you think??

Yep and the alligator just rip apart one of his arms and one leg, the guy was smoking crack cocaine but I don’t know what the people who wrestled the lizard and rescued him were smoking, because I don’t run into the jaws of a crock like they did for any money in the world, oh well..☺

Why Should You Quit Smoking?
We’ve all seen the warnings havn’t we?. We all know smoking those little sticks is bad for our health. We know what smoking does to our arteries and lungs. How many times have you tried to quit smoking before? If you are like me the answer will be, many times!
So, you’ve tried the prescription medications, followed by the counseling, and the gum tastes real bad. You feel silly trying to pretend that the inhaler is a smoke even if it is something to do with your hands! So, what else is out there? Well, let me tell you, if you are serious about quitting smoking, you should definitely consider hypnosis to help you.
This is what they add to cigarettes. Acetone, which is an ingredient used in nail polish remover. Arsenic, can you believe it? Arsenic is what they use to kill rats! Arsenic burns your lips and puts a very bad taste in your mouth. There are about 4000 chemicals in all and 43 of these cause cancer. Do you need any more reasons to quit?
Lets start with the lungs. Healthy lungs are nice and pink. A smokers lungs turn into black unhealthy ones. Smoking contributes to; cancer, emphysema, increases your chances of a stroke or heart attack. And why? Because of the many poisonous chemicals they add to the cigarettes, like benzene (a chemical in gasoline), cadmium (in batteries and oil paint). A real nasty one that causes headaches, dizziness and nausea is hydrogen cyanide.
This is What Happens When You Quit
Within 20 minutes of quitting your heart rate begins to drop. Your carbon monoxide levels to go back to normal within twelve hours of quitting. You begin to lower your risk of heart attacks, and your lung function improves within three months of quitting. You will find that your coughing level is lowered and your lung capacity increases. Within a year, you’ve already cut your risk of coronary heart disease by half. And fifteen years on you have the same risk as a non smoker of having a coronary heart attack. On a lighter note, the day after you quit, you should no longer have bad breath or smell like an old ashtray! Have I convinced you yet?
So What Can Hypnosis Do For You?
Let me explain how this works. Hypnosis works on the deep rooted subconscious levels of automatic thought. The purpose is to let the subconscious become available for tweaking by you and the hypnotist. The hypnotist will work with you and your subconscious thoughts to teach you to associate smoking with something you find unpleasant, perhaps nausea. While counseling works on the conscious part of the brain, hypnosis works to suppress the conscious side of the brain (this is the part of the brain you use to think with for most of the day), and raise awareness in the subconscious part. Hence your subconscious brain kicks in like common sense to remind you “Do I really want to do this”?
Many hypnotherapists can help you quit smoking after just one session. Obviously everyones different and it can take some people a few more sessions, which is why I prefer to have a CD, where I can replay it over a few times to get the message through.

Mr. Rogers has a Glock 17 and he’s not afraid to empty a whole clip on a fool he don’t like so he busted 17 caps in that cashiers @ss and his Broham Cadillac has about 18 gallons of gas so that’s how much he’ll burn and since he’s got two strikes already he’ll get his third strike and do life on Death Row.
