Is chronic bronchitis temporarily worsened after quitting smoking?
I was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis as a child, and I recently quit smoking(3 weeks). After quitting I am getting symptoms every night instead of just nights when I smoked too much.
The symptoms everynight are coughing out all the ugly stuff, ur lungs are healing now, only time will tell, but congratulations on quiting.

Contact your insurance company or primary care provider to find out about these options.
The third and final of these three is to find support. There are programs, books, and other resources online that are both free and paid that can offer the additional tools for helping you to quit your addiction once and for all. This is one of the least used by most people of the smoking quit tips available here. Use these programs to set goals, stay on track, find additional resources, and various other great tools that can greatly increase your chances of success.

How do I manage to support and deal with my partner quitting smoking at 9 months pregnant?
I am due in 10 days and he is trying to stop smoking as of last night.We are both getting moody with each other at times already.I don’t know if this is going to work lol.Any advice??I support his quitting 100%,I hate that he has smoked and am very happy he is trying to stop.
BOTH of you just try and keep in mind that this is one of the BEST things you can do for your child. (may have to repeat this 100 times a day) but it’ll get there.
