You take the apple, on its side you take a knife and cut in about half an inch for what ever u will be smokin=) will sit in. Then you take something like a skewer or pencil through where the stem of the apple will be. Light it up and its done

I took like 6 hits and then 3 minutes later, I was all lit. Yes i used to smoke everyday for the past 2 years and I’m almost 16 until recently i got arrested and have to get drug tested and take a drug class for 6 weeks. (now i just drink every weekend) Just telling you be careful dont get caught! and make sure you get all your stuff done before you get high or you most likely wont do it TRUST ME.
