Will my lungs heal from smoking? How fast?
I very very rarely smoke … I mean I’m talking smoking weed like 1 or 2 times a year … In september this year I smoked weed twice about 2 weeks apart … and then very recently I smoked a small ammount of Salvia Divinorum 20 X … It did not do anything close to videos that I have seen … I did not trip at all … it was as if I had smoked paper … I know the stuff was real because it is legal and i got it from a pharmacy essentially … that doesn’t really matter tho … what matters is I am a nationally ranked athlete in the top 3 of canada for swimming … I immedeatly regret my decision to smoke anything at all actually but the Salvia made my lungs hurt … they feel ok now but I’m worried how long until I’m back to top shape??? (deffinitely don’t think I’ll be smoking anything anymore)

I have been exercising for the entire time, i have lost about 55 pounds since quitting smoking.
