Putting anything foreign directly into your lungs can trigger cancer. You must also consider that it could trigger cancer of the lips, tongue, throat . . basically the whole system. No one knows what will cause one person to get the cancer while someone else does not. However, WHO recognizes that people who smoke are at a higher risk for developing some type of cancer than most other people.
As unpopular as it is in most circles . . I’d suggest moderation. Just living can be a risk. So, enjoy a good cigar on occasion, just don’t make it a habit.
