Quit Smoking Before Everyone Quits You
It is not a joke that your surrounding will tolerate your habit of smoking as you are making them very sick of your non-social, non-healthier way of life. Definitely this is true for every smoker who does not understand how badly everyone wants them to quit smoking. Each and every surrounding as well as smoker body gets heavily affected due to smoking that all well wishers want smoker to get rid of such effects.
Definitely there are health as well as non-health related effects due to smoking. Very vital organs like lungs, heart, eyes get damaged to such an extent that effects can not be reversed if time passes and at last only wait and watch situation remains. Each and every part of human body gets affected due to smoking. Lung start crying for fresh air, heart starts complaining lung to provide oxygen, eyes starts complaining that they are unable to see clear objects and so on.
A smoker can see money going out of their wallet due to this habit. A smoker pays extra for insurance, gets less for car sale, wastes a lot of money in smoking and pays hefty hospital bills. There are so many such incidents which empties wallet. If this habit persists, money quits smoker and smoker starts begging for a puff.
Employers find it very serious that there are measurable amount of productivity loss due to smoking. A smoker wastes productive hours going out for smoking. This gets multiplied with number of cigarettes. Smoker loose concentration when there is any urge for nicotine and tries to escape for smoking. It costs money for employers and they dislike it. Many organizations don’t allow smoking near premises. Also they degrade performance appraisal of smokers.
There is a very serious long-term effect of smoking due to teens smoking. Here DNA signature gets altered and next generations get lung diseases and this is worst. Future generations can complain their parents and grandparents of diseases supplied by them which they have not generated.
Society also treats smoker as alien in society. Due to this type of dislikes, a smoker becomes unwanted entity and all starts cornering smoker and it happens after sometime that smoker feels themselves out of society and in long term they loose track of their career growth and normal way of living.
It is a common human behavior that people realize things only if they feel it by themselves. So it is important that smoker realizes surrounding impact by themselves. If a smoker does not take cigarette in the morning hours and goes in an area where other smokers are smoking, then they can realize how others feel about him/her. Smoker can find other smokers coughing during smoke; they can feel smell coming out of smoker body and all external effects can be felt. Similarly other non-smoker may be having feeling about the smoker. If this realization is there with smoker then they can take their immediate action to prevent future damages, so that they can live a life which a non-smoker enjoys.
It is never late and action can be taken anytime to prevent such happenings and let others not to quit smokers and let others accept them as past smoker and current ex-smoker. There are enormous benefits of quitting smoking, various ways to quit smoking and there are various ways to avoid nicotine craving, which can make a current smoker as successful ex-smoker. I think message is very clear and if you are a smoker you are taking your course of action to be part of normal life and not allowing your body, your relatives, your kids and your future to quit you.

I’ve heard that the age you started smoking pot is the age that you stay mentally. Is it true?
I’ve heard that if you start smoking pot at a young age, like stay 12 and then like 10 years from then you would still laugh at like fart jokes and stuff.

That’s not true at all, generally speaking.
Since first starting marijuana most people i know have:
-Cut back on television
-Cut back on alcohol
-Cut back on meat
-Cut back on candy (and yeah i know that goes against the munchie stereotype… but candy eating pot heads are teenagers…. it’s only a phase… most adult pot heads crave breads, proteins, grains, and fruits… healthy things)
-Done more hiking
-Done more camping
-Done more dancing
-Done more meditation
The whole myth of marijuana retarding the user’s development at the age he first started using it, is yet more government/religion created propaganda.
Now, this does not mean there are not immature adult pot heads. Of course there are. In a world of all possibilities, all possibilities occur.
But… most pot users are far more intelligent and more receptive to nature than the average American as a whole.
And we have good company: Scientists Carl Sagan and Kerry Mullis, the latter a Nobel Prize Winner for his DNA discoveries, Travel Author and Expert Rick Steves, and many more. These men have come out about their marijuana. Most do not.
Take a look at Irvin Rosenfeld… a man who has smoked cannabis daily for 25 years…. and the cannabis is mailed to him by the federal government. (There are only a few people with such a deal… they received approval from the feds prior to the peak of the Reagan Drug War). He’s a stockbroker and handles millions of dollars and hundreds of clients.
