What are the smoking restictions in South Florida, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/Boca Raton areas?
I have been living abroad in Europe for the past 3-4 years and we smoke freely here wherever we want. So I was wondering what to expect when I move back to South Florida. How does it work in detail please… Can you smoke outside at bars, restaurants and cafes? What about nightclubs? If no, can you take your drink outside of a place for a smoke?? Please no “you need to quit lectures” haha Thanks!

preempts local governments
from enacting smokefree regulations,
stating, “This legislation
expressly preempts regulation of
smoking to the state and supersedes
any municipal or county
ordinance on the subject.”
