Ok… So I have search I think the entire web for two videos from the TV Show, The Smoking Gun Presents: The World’s Dumbest Criminals… I don’t know what part or episode it was… But the two videos I’m talking about were, one was called Kickin n’ Screamin, this guy is getting arrested and as he gets handcuffed he runs and kicks his tailgate and then stumbles and falls flat on his face. Quite funny! And the other was from TX when a guy starts running out of words to say to a cop that arrested him for DUI and is towing his truck, so he starts calling him an alien, and a flash eyed wanna-be cop and such (my favorite) but yet I can’t find either…
