how would i do it?
do i take the leaves out of it, and can i like.. smoke it out of an apple?! HAHHA
so can i bassicly smoke it the same way i smoke pot?
If you take the leave out, you get just stems. Do you smoke just stems in your pot?
If you do, I can see why you are asking about the tea.
Oh, by the way, Orientals smoke tea also. But they smoke the leaves over a fire THEN BREW THE TEA TO DRINK.

Benefits of Green Tea
Archaeological evidence suggests that people consumed tea leaves steeped in boiling water as many as 500,000 years ago. India and China were among the first countries to cultivate tea. Today, hundreds of millions of people drink tea around the world, and studies are now suggesting that green tea (Camellia sinesis) in particular has many health benefits. In traditional Chinese and Indian medicine, practitioners used green tea as a stimulant, diuretic (to promote the excretion of urine), astringent (to control bleeding and help heal wounds), and to improve heart health.
The difference between green tea and black tea is in manufacturing process. Green tea leaves are unfermented which retains its color while in preparing black tea, leaves are fermented and processed which changes the color of the leaves to black. Green tea reportedly contains the highest concentration of powerful antioxidants called polyphenols. Antioxidants are substances that remove harmful substances (free radicals) from the body. Free radicals occur naturally in the body, but environmental toxins (including ultraviolet rays from the sun, radiation, cigarette smoke, and air pollution) also give rise to these damaging particles. Scientists believe that free radicals contribute to the aging process as well as the development of a number of health problems including cancer and heart disease. Antioxidants such as polyphenols in green tea can neutralize free radicals and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause
Some of the anti-oxidant benefits of green tea are:
- There is some strong evidence that green tea included in every day diet can reduce bladder, colon, esophageal, pancreas, rectum, and stomach cancer up to 60%. Researchers also believe that polyphenols help kill cancerous cells and stop their progression.
- It has also been effective in lowering Bad (LDL) cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots
- The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published the results of a study that men who were given a combination of caffeine and green tea extract burned more calories than those given only caffeine.
- Stimulates metabolism, calorie burning process and is wildly being used as an important part of a healthy diet.
- Protects liver against toxins like alcohol and chemicals in cigarette smoke In a nutshell, to describe the health benefits of green tea I guess it is best to give this ancient Chinese proverb.
