Can I smoke green tea?
Obviously I CAN smoke green tea, but does it have any benefits or dangers?
Smoking is bad for you. And green tea is good for you. So how do these two combine?
I don’t smoke anything else. I’m not looking for a high, just wondering if anyone knows what would happen.
Also, would I have to use the actual leaves? Or can I use the insides of the tea bags?
(Smoking green tea would not decrease the amount that I drink. I realize now that you are right and the anti-oxidants would burn up, negating the point. Thanks for pointing that out.)
The insides of tea bags contain leaves of plants. I guess if you want to smoke something, it will work. Not sure if you will still get the same benefits.

Place one tea bag inside your cup or if using powder, place 2 to 4 grams
Boil some water and then place it in the cup
Allow the tea to settle for 2-3 minutes (Remove the tea bag if using one)
Allow the tea to cool down – wait a further 2-3 minutes
Unfortunately green tea isn’t suitable for everyone. People who are fall under the following points should not consume it:
Pregnant (also women who are breastfeeding)
Heart problems
Stomach ulcers
Kidney disorders
Physiological problems
People who have problems drinking caffeine
Please consult your attending physician to get the final word as there are other circumstances where consuming green tea can be harmful to your health.
There aren’t many health risks documented at this stage. The only known health risk is that the dietary iron level of a regular green tea drinker can reduce, this may be a problem for people who need a high level.
Overall it seems to be a miracle herb and provides multiple heath benefits. With little to no health risks, perhaps we should all be drinking green tea instead of coffee!

i mean you know how cigarettes make you calm down? Well when i ran out of pot i tried smoking tea leaves, and it made me really calm and i you smoke like 2 tea bags u almost even get high , but not completely high because there is no THC. Green tea taste like shit but has antioxidants in it , but prepayment taste the best but doesn’t have antioxidants in it.
To get some emprircal evidence, I’d suggest you take a smoke break with NOTHING AT ALL, just literally PRETEND you are smoking a cigarette and see what happens. A large part of our physiological reaction to smoking is the larger-than-usual dose of oxygen we receive. There is no reason to suppose that tea leaves would have any psychoactive effect when smoked.
