I started smoking marihuana when i was 19 now im 26.?
I always played soccer from when i was a little kid, I started smoking when i was 19 but i kept playing soccer almost everyday even tho i was getting high. Now im 26 and stoped smoking about a month ago because i figure i only have 5 years left of good soccer in me. My problem is that i dont last more then 5 min on the field without feeling like im dying. I feel like there is to much pressure on my lungs and then my legs give out and i dont play like i know how.
All i want to know is what I should do to get my lungs better so i can last a whole soccer game? How long does it take for my lungs to get better while i take spinning clases, play soccer and jog.
Is there something i can take to help me speed my recovery?

You need to totally cleanse your body and get all of the toxins out. After you do that you need to get on a diet that consist of lots of raw fruits and veggies.

Does it really matter if tag, British bull dog, tree climbing etc is banned?
When I was a little kid I hated playing those games, every recess I would be tagged and I didn’t like it!
I could never climb a tree and I couldn’t swim properly until I was 14 and even then I hated it.
So why are most adults living in the dark ages by saying “Kids need to be outside in the fresh air”
Why do you want them outside so much? do you want to abduct them?
Plus kids might fall over and get hurt (as I did)
Kid’s also might get low self esteem if they are picked last, cannot run or may even kill themselves after loosing a game!
And most important of all; kids in Europe don’t play games! They are viewed as miniature adults and are treated as such they can smoke cigarettes, go clubbing and are given sex education!
Lack of exercise, I think, is one reason so many kids are being misdiagnosed with ADHD. Without an outlet for their energy, most kids would appear hyperactive.
I also know that while you may not have enjoyed it, most kids do. And having that break makes for an easier day all around. Would you want to work without a break?
And lastly, your theory on kids in Europe is RIDICULOUS! Stereotype much?
