Brine recipes for smoking salmon?
I have a little chief smoker and Ak copper river red salmon. I don’t want to experiment with brines and ruin/waste my fish. So if someone who has experience and success smoking salmon with the little chief smoker please recommend a brine recipe. Thank you everyone for your input.

Once cured, the middle part is rolled tightly, keeping the fat side outermost. The leg is rolled and tied and the shoulder cut into boiling joints. These are known as an Ayrshire roll.
Aberdeen Angus Beef. Aberdeen Angus Beef menu is a must for meat lovers everywhere, with seven cuts of steak it is now considered one of the finest cuts of beef available anywhere in the world.

Food preservation techniques, such as storing in oil, using salt, and smoking, have been in use for many years throughout the eastern Mediterranean area. They are ensuring that the old cycle of plenty followed by shortage is finally broken.
