How much could you say is in a regular cigarette?

That’s equal to about 16 cigarettes — *if* all the nicotine in the cartridge is actually released, not sure if it is. So someone who smokes a pack a day might get by on about a catridge every day.

Quit Smoking with Electronic Cigarettes?
Can electronic cigarettes help you quit smoking? In all probability. However, the merchants who offer these systems aren’t in a position to tell you that. Where can I find cartridges for my “Smoking Everywhere” Electronic Cigarette? I don’t like their flavors.?
Ok, I bought my e-cigarette at a kiosk in the mall. The reason being 1) I wanted to quit and 2) I wanted to try it before I buy it. Searching online for one of these things is absolutely OVERWHELMING!
I don’t want to buy a new e-cig (I hate this company and their sales practices), I just want to know where I can find some good Camel orMarlboro flavor refills and/or liquid which I can re-load myself.
Any input for finding a good cartridge that fits this thing would be very helpful. Ten points!
Hi! I would recommend you to get American made smoke juice from Cloud 9. Refilling your cartridges with e-liquid is cheaper than buying new cartridges.
p.s. never read anything positive about Smoking Everywhere or ecigs from the mall …
