Damiana in tea or smoking?
my friend has been stressed lately so i bought her some legal herbs called damiana, the lady at the shop said she could smoke it it put it in tea. she my friend said she put it in tea and nothing happend after. has anyone tried this herb? or smoked it?
I haven’t tried the tea, but I have smoked it a few times. It does relax you a little but I don’t like it that much. It cleanses your urinary tract which is a plus, but it causes you to have to pee often (even if you only have to pee a little). It kinda makes it sting when I pee. Oh, and i personaly think the smoke is discusting tasting. I just stick to my cannabis (marijuana). Hope I helped.

I drank it. I couldn’t tell that it did anything really.
I wouldn’t damage my lungs by inhaoing any sort of smoke.
I do know what it is supposed to be for–to make you horny and or less depressed.
It didn’t do either for me.
