I want to know your favorite legal herb to smoke.
I also have some of these in mind and want to know more about them so if you can tell me, and I would be more than happy if you requested some. But here is my list.
Damiana, Hops, Skullcap, Prickly Poppy, Wild Dagga, Kratom, Blue Lotus, Passion Flower, Wormwood, Sweetflag, i’m looking at the site called Bouncingbearbotanicals. Whoever gives the BEST most informational answer, automatically gets awarded best answer. Thanks.
Of these I’ve only used Damiana (very little effect) and blue lotus (works best if you boil a large amount into tea and then smoke some as you drink it; though, still, there is very little effect)

I’m looking for the calming high associated with the mix, and was wondering what the best way to combine the two is.
Can I just smoke/make tea out of the two plants or will the effects be stronger if I soaked the damiana herb in a passion flower tincture and smoked that?
