Both may give the user temporary highs. Both can be a factor in auto accidents. In terms of marijuana use to treat cancer, perhaps caused by cigarettes, there is a pill form of the THC that reduces the nausea and other chemo symptoms. It is called Marinol and is available by prescription only. Both are bad for you in many aspects and staying clear minded is a better choice but it’s a personal choice in the long run.
