Celebrities Smoking Weed?
I’ve seen multiple videos of celebrities like Kid Cudi and Snoop Dogg smoking weed and talking about smoking weed, and I was wondering, how can they do that, on video, without getting in trouble?
For one thing it is impossible to prove that is an illegal substance through a video. Also, it is illegal to be arrested for talking about any activity (freedom of speech) unless you are planning to assassinate the president, or are seriously planning a murder. You also cannot be arrested for being high, unless you are driving or operating machinery, you can tell a cop you are high to their face and they can’t do anything about it. The only time you can be arrested for marijuana is if a cop catches you smoking it or if a cop searches you and finds marijuana on you, or a device that has been used for smoking marijuana, which can be proven by the resin in the pipe, but that can be easily cleaned to prevent detection. However, if you are on probation for any crime they can drug test you and if you fail the test you will be arrested so don’t smoke weed while on probation for any crime even if its not drug or alcohol related.
