I just got our hogs back from the butchers and ive been looking for the easiest way to smoke just a few hams at home and then be able to freeze.Just an easy do it at home method nothing to hard.I need how to do it or a lonk to somewhere that shows how to it .Your help will be really appriciated.

a woman tells her son johnny to go to the meat market and pick up some ham. so johnny goes down to the market and tells the butcher he wants some ham. the butcher says what kind of ham do you want? he says i don’t know, what do you have? the butcher says i have smoked ham, honey ham and dam ham, johnny says why are you swearing? the butcher says i’m not swearing. that is the name of the ham. it’s on sale do you want to try it? so johnny says sure. he goes home and at dinner time he says mom can you please pass the dam ham? she says johnny you know you shouldn’t swear. i’m gonna wash your mouth out with soap. so johnny goes i’m not swearing, that’s the name of the ham. she says are you kidding me? he says no, that’s what the butcher told me. she says ok, but don’t say dam anymore, just say pass the ham. he says ok. then his little brother says well if that’s the way you’re gonna be pass the effing potatoes.
