State of Indiana Renters’ rights & owners responsibilities…?
I have a newspaper article saying that if a person rents out a house they must provide working smoke alarms.1st offense of not doing so is a $1000.00 fine.Does anyone know if this is indeed true? This would be concerning a free-standing home-not an apt.
No one will be fined unless they fail to install within 30 days of notification of an issue.
But, other then that misunderstanding, yes this is true. All rentals must have a working smoke alarm. You cna get them for about 7 bucks, battery included.

6. Drink baking soda

Mix a tablespoon of baking soda with a glass of water and then drink it twice a day for the first week, and once a day for the second week. I was smoking a pack or approximately 30 stems cigarettes a day. I had two glasses on Sunday and Monday. It is like Alka-Seltzer (like vitamin C). On Sunday and Monday, I smoked two cigarettes. On Tuesday I just smoked a cigarette and then stopped altogether. I go baking soda mixture until a week. I do not even think to continue until the second week. 7. Hypnotize yourself “I am a psychologist in New Jersey. In 1976 then, I had my doctorate, hypnosis training, and smoking a pack of cigarettes every day. On New Year’s party, a friend asked me to show my hypnosis skills in order to help him quit smoking. We spent about an hour, where he was in an unconscious condition. One week later, my friend talking on the phone, and he was smoking. At that moment I realized that I did not smoke during the last week. I had hypnotized myself! cessna crash in the everglades on Sunday sept 20th, 2009?
Cessna with four people took off from Gainesville, after the gator football game, enroute to South florida. Plane crashed in the everglades. The newspaper article said pilot was overcome by smoke from the engine. Question is: why arent the general aviation planes equipped with ventilation fans to fan out any smoke from the cockpit. Some fans would be a good idea. Some air vents to the outside would be good.
Since some newspaper reporter has solved the cause of this accident I guess the FAA and NTSB can shutter the doors and retire early, huh? If a newspaper did report that as the cause of the accident, it’s irresponsible reporting.
Any smoke that might have been in the aircraft most likely came from something burning in the aircraft, probably from the avionics or other source in the panel. Engine smoke can not enter the cabin, even if it’s an engine fire, this is how aircraft are built.
Most aircraft do have ventilation using outside air, very few have fans because no matter how hot it is, it’s much cooler the higher you go.
Also, if everyone on board was killed, would it be to good to be true that Tim Tebow was on board?
