B: He heard that the store re-dated out of date vaccines
Vets are also saying that vaccines need to be given every year. They also give vaccines that are no longer deemed necessary, such as Corona.
Your vaccines may or may not be OK, It does depend on how they were shipped and if they were kept refrigerated.
If you are still giving annual, then you need to do some research on the duration of immunity on canine vaccines. Studies have shown that they are good for years and years.
Also, a series of puppy shots is not necessary to boost immunity. A series is given to try and find the time frame between when the immunity from the mother’s milk wears off and before he is explosed to disease.
