I would like a professional answer from a doctor who knows a lot about smoking.?
Okay so I was wondering whether it’s okay to smoke tea and if it is harmful to your health. I’ve heard it can be healthy and I’ve heard it can be bad. All I want is an answer answering my question. Thanks for the help.
I’ll try put this as simply as possible:
All smoke is bad. The particles that make smoke, smoke are bed for you to breathe in, they damage your lungs.
However, breathing in steam can be quite beneficial as it can help to kill bacteria in your windpipes, especially when you have a cough or cold. Normally, you’d just pour boiling water into a large bowl, place your head over it, place a tea towel over your head and the bowl to stop most of the steam escaping, then breath in. You need to take a brake quite often and breath some normal air otherwise the steam may burn your face and windpipes. I suppose if you really want to do something with tea, you could put some teabags in the bowl of boiling water, stir it around and breathe that in, it definitely won’t harm you that way, but I don’t know whether it’d be that beneficial either. It would smell nicer maybe

When you quit Smoking should you use cold turkey or Nicotine replacement therapy?

Smoking cold turkey

Im about to have a sweet coffee and some maltesers just to heat myself up, before i stopped smoking i hated choclate and only ever drank tea with no sugar, whats wrong with me im obv using the sweet thing as an alternative to smoking, what else can i do as an alternative , any suggestions anyone ?

Change the sweets to chewing gum maybe because at least you’re not swallowing that so not as many calories. There’s loads of sugar free sweets out these days compared to years ago too but as most are made for diabetics they tend to have fructose instead of sugar and that can actually have a laxative effect if you eat too many.
Try substituting your sugar for your coffee with nutrasweet, candarel etc.
Changing your craving to fruit would be the obvious solution but I suppose none will really have the sugar rush you’re craving for.
